my stay at extended stay was great! the queen studio was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. it was close to shopping centers like target and sam's club, which was super convenient. The standout service came from margaret, the housekeeper. she made the room shine like no other. it's fantastic value!

Austin's food scene is always a delight! I snagged some killer grilled fish from Tino's Greek Cafe just a hop away—oh, the flavors! The staff at Extended Stay were super friendly, and my room had a cozy vibe that felt just right after a long day of exploring. The large room with a small kitchen was handy for whipping up late-night snacks.

But come on, the elevator situation had me on edge—signs everywhere about potential intrusions! And my fridge was more of a midnight concert than a snack keeper.

I found the staff at Extended Stay America Suites, Austin, Northwest Arboretum to be incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. The clean rooms offered a comfortable atmosphere, ideal for seniors seeking a peaceful environment.

More kitchen supplies would be helpful for seniors.

Wi-fi was decent and laundry was convenient, but room lacked cookware as promised.

The fridge was new and roomy. I had a nice, quiet night despite the loud road outside. The location was convenient, and the clean sheets made my stay comfortable.

The only redeeming part of this staying was the so-called maintenance guy Mark, who fixed the light in our room super-fast and was helpful. The beds were comfy, couldn't complain about that.

But it definitely wasn’t affordable for the low quality we got.

Great staff, not so great pillow.

So I was surprised at how friendly the staff were! Richard was super helpful during late hours, and I loved that. But when I found a weird pillow issue after I left, the manager wasn’t helpful at all. On another note, I grabbed a snack from nearby dining options, which was nice. Just make sure to double-check your room before you leave.
